Return and Exchange Policy
World Class Industrial Supply accepts eligible returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
Returned with its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Approved in advance through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Defective Returns
Eligible non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly. After verification, World Class Industrial Supply will provide a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
Approved returns resulting from our error or a verified product defect will not be charged a restocking fee. World Class Industrial Supply will cover reasonable return shipping costs for these approved returns.
Shipping damage should be reported as soon as possible and must include photographs of the product and packaging.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Non-defective exchanges may be subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
If the replacement product has a different price, the customer will be responsible for the difference, or the applicable credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or shipped incorrectly:
Special-order, custom-made, configured, or modified products
Clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished, or pre-owned products
Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered
Opened personal protective equipment, fall-protection equipment, or other safety products
Calibrated, certified, tested, or serialized products prepared specifically for the customer
Hazardous materials, chemicals, aerosols, adhesives, and other regulated products
Products designated as non-returnable or final sale on the product page or quotation
Manufacturer warranty claims may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty procedures and approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Bank or credit-card processing times may vary.
Any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, or other authorized deductions will be subtracted from the refund.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
To request an RMA, contact World Class Industrial Supply and provide:
Your order or invoice number
The product and quantity being returned
The reason for the return
Photographs when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund. Final eligibility will be determined after the returned product is received and inspected.
World Class Industrial Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
