Crafted with premium aluminum oxide abrasive on durable X-weight cloth flaps, these flap wheels are engineered for long-lasting performance and consistent material removal. The flaps are arranged in a radial fan configuration around a straight shank, allowing the wheel to conform to uneven surfaces while maintaining excellent control.
As the wheel wears during use, fresh abrasive grains are continuously exposed, helping extend tool life and deliver a uniform finish throughout the life of the wheel. The flexible flap design makes these 3-inch wheels an excellent choice for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing contoured surfaces, as well as the inside diameters of pipes, tubing, and other cylindrical workpieces.
